PPSC announced PMS Jobs-Last Date to apply is 9 March 2023. 

The last date to apply for the Provincial Management Service in Punjab, Pakistan is March 9th, then interested candidates should make sure to submit their applications before the deadline to be considered for the position. The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has announced jobs for the Provincial Management Service (PMS) which require candidates to appear in a written examination consisting of six compulsory subjects, each carrying 100 marks, and three optional subjects, each carrying 200 marks.

Compulsory subjects for PMS exams in PPSC

  1. English Essay
  2. English (Precis & Composition)
  3. General Knowledge
  4. Pakistan Studies
  5. Islamic Studies/Ethics for Non-Muslims
  6. Urdu

The three optional subjects for PMS exams can be chosen from the following list:

Group A: Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration

Group B: Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, Veterinary Sciences

Group C: Math, Computer sciences, Statistics, Principle of engineering

Group D: Chemistry, Physics, Geology, Geography

Group E: History, Political science, Mass communication, Law

Group F: Philosophy, Phycology, Sociology, Social work

Group G: English Literature, Persian, Punjabi, Urdu, Arabic, Education
